Waterfront gets canned by CBS
It was a promosing series that no one was really talking about, and now it seems that is part of the downfall. CBS has dropped the series from the schedule and production has stopped.
Four episodes were filmed of the series, which starred Joe Pantoliano, William Baldwin and Mary Stuart Masterson. Apparently high production costs, creative differences and limited timeslot space at CBS were all contributing factors to the show’s unfortunate demise before it even aired.
